After graduating from American University with a degree in International Relations and Broadcast Journalism, Katherine spent a few years in broadcast news + management consulting. She's been thriving as a startup/small business thrill seeker for ten years now. She's best described as a professional hype girl and media wrangler with a knack for the e-intro.

Katherine started k + co. in 2019 to help brands, organizations + people find their voice. She’s worked with clients in hospitality, beauty, health + wellness, politics, and beyond.

She’s placed clients in publications like Washington Post, Vogue, Essence, Eater, Washingtonian, Shape, WTOP, Medium, and on local affiliates for NBC, CBS, and FOX.

In her spare time, she enjoys working out at the hottest new boutique fitness studios, reading, and popping down to Miami for a quick visit. Katherine is a member of Washington Women in PR and PRSA.
